The Project Overview

SyteRoam is an enterprise-focused mobile application platform developed by QuadKor, targeting construction, equipment rental, and field service industries. I was responsible for building the entire SyteRoam web presence from scratch and continue to work as the dedicated remote developer, actively maintaining and evolving the platform.

Currently, the website serves as a high-performance marketing and landing platform designed to communicate the product's value clearly while supporting lead generation and SEO growth.

Frontend Architecture & Design

On the frontend, I developed a modern, responsive interface using Vite + React, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. The UI is crafted with Tailwind CSS combined with custom styling for precise design control, delivering a clean and professional enterprise-grade experience across all devices.

Performance optimization has been applied across the project, including efficient component structuring, optimized asset delivery, and clean rendering logic.

SEO & Lead Generation

SEO was a major focus from the beginning. I implemented dynamic metadata handling using Helmet Async, enabling proper indexing and visibility for search engines. The structure of the site is optimized for marketing performance.

For lead generation and conversion optimization, I integrated GoHighLevel (GHL) embedded forms, allowing seamless capture of user inquiries and potential clients directly from the website.

Collaboration & Future Roadmap

From a collaboration standpoint, I work directly with Garry Moyle and coordinate alongside QuadKor's marketing and SEO team (WTechy). This setup allows me to align development with business goals.

The project is currently deployed on Vercel for rapid iteration. As the platform moves into its next phase, the infrastructure will transition to a VPS-based deployment to support backend services.

Looking ahead, I am actively involved in planning the next phase, which includes building a complete backend system with Node.js, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL. Future features will include user dashboards, advanced business workflows, and Stripe-based payment integration, transforming SyteRoam into a fully functional SaaS platform.
